I didn't want to do this... But a friend told me she wanted me too...

I'm now a little over 29 weeks. I have been avoiding pictures sense I have been showing but felt it was time to finaly post one of me and my huge belly. My mom also wanted one for Mitch so he can see what I look like.

I feel great so far, little aches and pains here and there but nothing unusual. I love love love feeling him move around. Larry on the other hand isn't a huge fan. He always starts laughing and then says, "that's weird." but he does like talking to him... in portuguese usually. We are both very excited that it is getting closer. My friend Steph just had an adorable little boy and it made me even more excited for when our little guy comes. We are still thinking of names... So far we are kind of leaning towards Porter but I also like Max and Charlie. I seriously can't think of any other boy names so if there are anymore suggestions I can run by Larry please let me know. He threw out my most favorite name in the world (Jaxson) so I need all the suggestions I can get!

Oh, and I am very excited to say that I graduate in 21 days!!!! YAY!

Random thought by Amanda

I had a friend that is going through something and it made me think.... Sometimes I wonder if people really understand that their choices directly affect others feelings. Some people share their feelings, other people don't. I'm not saying either way is wrong. I'm just saying we all need to take some time and realize that even the smallest things that we may not think will hurt anyone, could.... What we choose to do or say, even if it is about ourselves could affect someone else. People can put on a happy face but really they just don't want any attention drawn to them because they don't want to find out how everyone would react. Just something to ponder :) have a great day! Sorry if I was just rambling :)

It's a baby BOY!

We found out yesterday that we are having a boy! We were both pleasantly surprised. We have thought all along that we were going to have a girl first. Funny how that happens. It was so fun to see him moving around during the ultrasound. It's still weird to think that there is a little baby inside me. I'm so so so excited! It made it so much more real and so much more fun now that we know its a boy and now that I can go buy stuff. I got the cutest little outfits from my friend Whitney. It's so fun!

I finally figured out that I can feel him moving around all the time now. At first, I didn't know what I was feeling, but after talking to the cute nurse at the doctor, I realized I have been feeling him for a while. He has been moving all day and it makes me happy every time I feel him. I'm only 20 weeks and I just can't wait for our little boy to get here. It is going faster than I thought it would but it still needs to go by faster. It seems like everyone I know who is pregnant is having a boy. One of my best friends Steph and my cousin Jess are both having boy too. That makes it so fun to share stories and get some advise since they are both ahead of me. Now they both need to move closer to me!!! PLEASE GUYS!!! :)

One of my favorite parts about finding out the gender was watching Larry. I think he has been wanting a boy but just telling himself that it was a girl so he wasn't disappointed. When she said it was a boy, he was SOOOOOO happy. His face just lit up with excitement. Just pretty much yelled, "IT'S A BOY!!!" and he couldn't wait to call his parents. It made me really happy.

Once I get my pictures loaded and have a few more minutes I will post some pictures. We are so excited for our little baby boy to arrive. We are still thinking about names so any ideas or suggestions would be greatly appreciated!

Yeah... Most of you already know... But its still good news :)

As most people have probably heard, Larry and I are expecting a little baby of our own!!! We were really shock and suprised but very very excited when we found out. I am due June 14th! We went to the doctor a couple weeks ago too. It was so amazing to see and hear our baby's heart beat. Definately an experience neither of us will ever forget. We are excited and yes a little scared for this big change in our lives, but we couldn't be happier. The Lord makes every event work out for the best. I am so blessed that we were lucky enough to have it work out that I graduate about two months before the baby comes. Talk about timing!!! I better start blogging better. I have always said that blogs are for people with kids. Well, I guess it is my turn :)

A Happy (Late) Anniversary

Everyone who follows our blog (the couple of you) know that I am not the best blog updater. Well Larry and I have been married for our a year now. On May 26Th we hit the one year mark :) We didn't get to really celebrate due to the fact that my softball team made it to the college super regionals for the first time. Lucky for me, they let Larry travel with us to Arizona. So we spent out anniversary flying to Arizona with 19 other girls, coaches, and the rest of the softball traveling party. It wasn't how either of us always thought we would spend our first anniversary ha ha. It's been the best year!!!! Love you Larry!

Since we didn't get a wedding cake, my mom was nice enough to get us an anniversary cake!! It was from my favorite cake place, Dippidee (i think that is how you spell it). It was delicioso

Some things never change.... And then they do

As most of you know, I have been playing softball since I was a little girl. I played on multiple traveling summer teams, the Alta High School team, Dixie State Team, and the BYU team. I have always loved playing softball and have really enjoyed all the experiences I have had while playing. I have had great support through out my softball career. From my Dad and Mom, grandparents, uncles, aunts, cousins, In-Laws, siblings, and especially my wonderful husband Larry. So my question is... WHAT AM I SUPOSED TO DO NOW???? I have gotten use to going to practice everyday and playing games on the weekends. Now I have to change all that and get a job. Life moves on and things change.... Weird. Here are a couple pictures of the softball season this year. I didn't take very many good ones. I am depending on my teammates and family to give me the ones they took ha ha more to come when I get them. Enjoy!
