Yeah... Most of you already know... But its still good news :)

As most people have probably heard, Larry and I are expecting a little baby of our own!!! We were really shock and suprised but very very excited when we found out. I am due June 14th! We went to the doctor a couple weeks ago too. It was so amazing to see and hear our baby's heart beat. Definately an experience neither of us will ever forget. We are excited and yes a little scared for this big change in our lives, but we couldn't be happier. The Lord makes every event work out for the best. I am so blessed that we were lucky enough to have it work out that I graduate about two months before the baby comes. Talk about timing!!! I better start blogging better. I have always said that blogs are for people with kids. Well, I guess it is my turn :)

A Happy (Late) Anniversary

Everyone who follows our blog (the couple of you) know that I am not the best blog updater. Well Larry and I have been married for our a year now. On May 26Th we hit the one year mark :) We didn't get to really celebrate due to the fact that my softball team made it to the college super regionals for the first time. Lucky for me, they let Larry travel with us to Arizona. So we spent out anniversary flying to Arizona with 19 other girls, coaches, and the rest of the softball traveling party. It wasn't how either of us always thought we would spend our first anniversary ha ha. It's been the best year!!!! Love you Larry!

Since we didn't get a wedding cake, my mom was nice enough to get us an anniversary cake!! It was from my favorite cake place, Dippidee (i think that is how you spell it). It was delicioso

Some things never change.... And then they do

As most of you know, I have been playing softball since I was a little girl. I played on multiple traveling summer teams, the Alta High School team, Dixie State Team, and the BYU team. I have always loved playing softball and have really enjoyed all the experiences I have had while playing. I have had great support through out my softball career. From my Dad and Mom, grandparents, uncles, aunts, cousins, In-Laws, siblings, and especially my wonderful husband Larry. So my question is... WHAT AM I SUPOSED TO DO NOW???? I have gotten use to going to practice everyday and playing games on the weekends. Now I have to change all that and get a job. Life moves on and things change.... Weird. Here are a couple pictures of the softball season this year. I didn't take very many good ones. I am depending on my teammates and family to give me the ones they took ha ha more to come when I get them. Enjoy!

Yes that is Hideki Matsui!!!!

TRASHTALKER

So I had an interesting event happen to me today.... I had to leave weights early so that I could go to class. On my way to class I realized that I was really really thirsty. So I went to the vending machine to buy a drink for class. I wanted to get crannberry juice but for some reason my card wouldn't work on that machine. I was kinda frustrated because I didn't really want to get pop but that was my only choice. I slid my card and chose sprite. I could hear it falling. I looked down to get it and it wasn't sprite. It was a bottle with a black thing in it. My first thought was, "oh I am so bugged at this stupid place." I picked up the bottle and it said...

"You have won a t-shirt made from recycled materials! Money included for your next purchase."

Yes, that is right I won a free t-shirt. It also had $1.25 so that I could buy a drink. Then I heard something else fall from the machine. I looked down and there was the sprite I bought. AWESOME!!! So to sum it up, I got a free shirt (made from recycled materials), $1.25, and a drink. It was so great!

When I got home, I was telling Larry, Mitch, and my mom about it. I pulled it out to show them and they all started laughing. Mitch thought it was the best thing ever. Then I opened it up. I have never seen anything like it. Then the best part happened. We read the front of the shirt... It says "TRASHTALKER." ha ha ha we thought it was so funny due to the fact it is made out of recycled stuff. We all thought it was pretty funny. Who wins a t-shirt buying a drink from the vending machine????

Oh don't you worry... we took pictures to add to this awesome post story ha ha ha

This is how the bottle looked when I got it

This is the shirt when I first took it out of the bottle... I wasn't sure it was really a shirt...I was really weird ha ha

"give it back" ha ha ha

This is definately the best part of the shirt!!!

The moral of this story.... Even if something isn't going like you want it to, don't expect the worst... You could get a free "trashtalker" shirt and could brighten your day. :)

Life

So I know it has been a while since I have written anything... I am not a good blogger ... maybe I will be better once I am out of school... anyway. Both me and larry are busy with school and nothing much has changed. I start traveling with softball soon so that will be interesting ha ha ha. I am going to put up some pictures of christmas and other festivities soon. I have been telling myself I should do that since Christmas and just haven't got around to it. Anyway...

I am just sitting here in the SAB (student athlete building) and was thinking about how grateful I am for Larry. I don't think I let him know how much I appreciate him. He has to put up will all my stresses/freakouts about everything in my life (lately I have been extremely uptight about things). He helps me through it all. Thanks Larry

I am also so grateful to my parents for letting us live with them. We would be living on the street if it wasn't for them. Thanks for putting up with me. Larry is a little easier to get along with then I am so it is really just them dealing with my attitude ha ha

And last but not least.... Mitchy, Thanks bud for always bringing home wingers for us when we ask. I know it is probably annoying. He never complains even when I am probably driving him crazy.

Well I know this is probably the most random post ever. But I am waiting for my next class to start and just figured I could post something real quick. Pictures will be coming soon :)
